U.S. Airmen assigned to the 746th Expeditionary Airlift Squadron conduct cargo transportation and aeromedical evacuations in support of U.S. Central Command objectives, Jan. 03, 2020.

The 746th EAS maintains a constant presence in the USCENTCOM area of responsibility, supporting U.S. and coalition aircraft in various operations.
