On Friday, the actress announced that she will be leaving the show after its fifth season, which ends April 16.
Ferrera, who is also an executive producer on the show, has been working on Superstore since 2015. It was recently picked up for a sixth season.
She plays Amy, an employee of a fictional box store named Cloud 9.
