GROUND BEEF PICADILLO | FILIPINO VERSION | VERY EASY

Picadillo is a traditional dish in many Latin American countries and the Philippines ( known as giniling, and also arroz a la Cubana). It is made with ground beef, tomatoes (tomato sauce can also be used), raisins, olives, and other ingredients. Served with rice or used as a filling in tacos, pastries or empanada. Picadillo comes from the Spanish word picar, meaning "to mince". Enjoy our easy version of Picadillo that you will surely love. Remember "we all can cook"!

INGREDIENTS:

500G GROUND BEEF
5 CLOVES GARLIC
1 SMALL ONION
1 TBSP OYSTER SAUCE
1 SMALL POTATO
2 MED TOAMTOES
1/2 CARROT
1/4 CUP FROZEN GREEN PEAS
2 TBSP RAISINS
1/2 TSP SALT
1/2 TSP BLACK PEPPER
