Amid unabated communal clashes with the toll rising to at least 20, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal asked the Centre to immediately deploy Army in the national capital. Arvind Kejriwal tweeted that police, despite all efforts, is unable to handle the situation and instill confidence.
