Delhi Police on Thursday conducted raids at several locations to nab AAP councillor Tahir Hussain. The police have registered an FIR against the AAP leader under sections 365 and 302 of the IPC, in which the maximum punishment is life imprisonment or death. The police said the FIR has been registered on the basis of a complaint filed by father of Information Burea staffer, who was found dead on Wednesday. The family has accused Tahir Hussain of killing their son.
