Sunshine Acres Children’s Home 60th Annual Barbecue and Open House Recap
  • 4 years ago
Sunshine Acres is a home for children whose parents are homeless, incarcerated, or sick and can’t take care of them. This gives the children a place to stay why their family gets back on their feet. Sunshine Acres does not take custody of the children and operate with a power of attorney. This past weekend they had their 60th Annual Barbecue and open house, an event that was free to the public. The AZTV Street Team and Pat McMahon were there and Fiesta Bowl Charities donated $50,000! It was a great event for all. If you didn’t make it there, you can still visit in person, or online at sunshine acres.org.
