"As soon as you put on heels, it changes your posture, it changes your shape, the design of your body, and gives you a certain awareness of your body," shoe designer and creator Christian Louboutin tells AFP in an interview ahead of the opening, this Wednesday, of an exhibition celebrating 30 years of his work.
