Improving Access to Information on the World Wide Web contains the text of lectures delivered by Professor Carolyn Watters (Associate Dean, Faculty of Graduate Studies, Dalhousie University) at the 26th Sarada Ranganathan Endowment Lectures in Bangalore during March 2006.
