U.S. pilots conduct exercise Winter Fury on Jan. 15th, 2020, at Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, Calif.
Exercise Winter Fury is designed to prepare 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing's (MAW) pilots and air crews for Weapons and Tactics Instructor Course, which is the Marine Corps premier formal aviation school.
During this exercise, 3rd MAW Marines honed their skills and increased their proficiency across the six functions of Marine Aviation while simultaneously training with their Navy and Air Force counterparts.
