More than 400 angry parents and relatives of students caught up in a coronavirus lockdown in China have confronted Pakistani government officials to demand the evacuation of their children. The angry exchange happened on February 19, 2020, in the Pakistani capital Islamabad, and follows days of lobbying on behalf of the students who had been studying in the central Chinese province of Hubei before it became the epicentre of the deadly Covid-19 outbreak.
