A quarantined resident walked their dog from the first-floor balcony and reeled it back up with a leash when they were finished.
The video, shot in the city of Qiqihar in Heilongjiang Province on February 16, shows a man on his balcony holding a leash attached to his dog that was walking around outdoors.
After a while, he can be seen pulling the leash back and lifting his dog up.
A woman was heard laughing and saying: "See, someone lowers his dog down from the first floor to walk it.
"The dog is lifted up to get back home. So funny."
According to reports, the residential community was in lockdown to avoid the spread of COVID-19.
