Sangley Airport seen to ease traffic congestion at NAIA

Cavite Governor Jonvic Remulla says the Sangley International Airport is an alternative to the busy Ninoy Aquino International Airport once it becomes fully operational. Remulla was guest at the Kapihan sa Manila Bay on Wednesday at the Café Adriatico in Manila.
