Nirbhaya case: In the latest development in the 2012 Nirbhaya case, the Delhi Patiala house court has issued a fresh date for execution of all the four convicts. Convicts will be executed on March 3 at morning 6 am. Lawyer of the convicts, AP Singh reacted on the judgment by saying that there are many legal remedies which are pending. 'We will avail our legal remedies and proceed against the verdict of the court, said AP Singh. He also accused media and political parties for pressurizing the judgment.

निर्भया केस के चारों दोषियों के खिलाफ तीसरी बार डेथ वारंट जारी किया गया है। दिल्ली की पटियाला हाउस कोर्ट ने चारों दोषियों को 3 मार्च, मंगलवार के दिन सुबह 6 बजे फांसी देने का वक्त मुकर्रर किया है। लेकिन दोषियों के वकील ए पी सिंह का दावा है कि उनके पास अब भी कई कानूनी विकल्प बाकी हैं। अगर उन्हें ये इस्तेमाल नहीं करने दिया जाता तो ये मिसकैरिज ऑफ जस्टिस होगा। फैसले के बाद ए पी सिंह ने ये भी कहा कि इस केस में मीडिया और राजनेताओं का दबाव है, जिसके चलते फांसी की तारीख आई है।
