The issue of reservation is once again in the Supreme Court, the country's largest court. A review petition has been filed in the Supreme Court against the decision on reservation in promotion in government jobs. This petition has been filed by Bhim Army Chief Chandrashekhar Azad and Abbas Naqvi of Shaheen Bagh. In the petition, the Supreme Court has been asked to reconsider the decision which said that it is not a fundamental right to claim reservation in government jobs.

आरक्षण का मुद्दा एक बार फिर देश की सबसे बड़ी अदालत सुप्रीम कोर्ट में है. सरकारी नौकरी में प्रमोशन में आरक्षण पर फैसले के खिलाफ सुप्रीम कोर्ट में पुनर्विचार याचिका दाखिल की गई है. ये याचिका भीम आर्मी के चीफ चंद्रशेखर आजाद और शाहीन बाग के अब्बास नकवी ने दाखिल की है. याचिका में सुप्रीम कोर्ट से उस फैसले पर पुनर्विचार करने की मांग की गई है, जिसमें कहा गया कि सरकारी नौकरियों में आरक्षण का दावा करना मौलिक अधिकार नहीं है.
