Grilled Saba Fish by the river bank | Cook outdoors
  • 4 years ago
Japanese mackerel or saba mackerel, also known as Pacific mackerel, Japanese mackerel, blue mackerel or goby mackerel, sometimes referred to as "hardhead mackerel" or "bull-eye mackerel", is a species of mackerel related to Atlantic mackerel in the family Tuna mackerel.
Basa meat is lean, white, and low in fat. In contrast, fatty fish is high in docosahexaenoic acid and eicosapentaenoic acid. The amount of fat in catfish changes seasonally: high in autumn and winter, low in summer to autumn. Let's make grilled saba fish today!
