Prairie dog relaxes next to window after operation

An adorable prairie dog looks out of his apartment window while wearing a neck collar.

The six-year-old pet, named Oun Bie, was wearing the medical device while recovering from an operation on his leg.

Footage from the home in Bangkok, central Thailand, shows the fluffy critter taking in the surroundings while wearing his collar.

Owner Jantana Kittisilapakornchai said: "Oun Bie was recovering after having surgery on his left arm. He loves spending time on his favourite sofa."
