After days working to secure diplomatic approval, an airplane chartered by the Canadian government has departed Wuhan, the central Chinese city at the epicentre of a global coronavirus outbreak. Canadian nationals Christopher Lan and Annie Wang described the challenges of getting on board the flight that left on February 6, 2020.
