Nirbhaya case has again reached the Supreme Court of the country. This time a petition was filed seeking the execution of the culprits separately. On which the Supreme Court has also fixed the date of hearing. Now on Friday, the Supreme Court will decide that the culprits will be hanged together. Or different. The Central Government has demanded in the petition that in the Nirbhaya case, the mercy petition rejected by the President should be allowed to be hanged separately.

देश की सबसे बड़ी अदालत सुप्रीम कोर्ट में फिर निर्भया का मामला पहुंच गया है. इस बार दोषियों की अलग अलग फांसी देने की मांग को लेकर याचिका दाखिल की गई. जिस पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने सुनवाई की तारीख भी मुकर्रर कर दी है. अब शुक्रवार को सुप्रीम कोर्ट ये फैसला करेगा कि दोषियों को एक साथ फांसी दी जाएगी. या अलग अलग. केंद्र सरकार ने याचिका में मांग की है कि निर्भया केस में राष्ट्रपति की ओर से दया याचिका खारिज हुए दोषियों को अलग फांसी देने की इजाजत दी जाए.
