Budget 2020: FM Sitharaman reserves her comment till Monday on bloodbath at D-street

Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman gave her longest speech on Budget 2020 in the Parliament explaining and clarifying every nook and cranny of the Union Budget. She shared her views on bloodbath at D-street during the special trading session. She said that she will reserve her comment till the full working day of the stock market.

“I am confident that on Monday when the stock market will open there will be definitely clear indication on what the government has done on this,” said Sitharaman.

Stock markets witnessed a bloodbath during the special trading session on Saturday as traders resorted to short selling after Finance Minister presented the Union Budget for 2020-21.
