New Delhi, Feb 01 (ANI): Chinese Ambassador to India Sun Weidong talked to ANI on World Health Organization’s declaration of coronavirus as global health emergency. “We have noticed the declaration made by WHO. I would also like to quote a few words from WHO Director, ‘this declaration is not a vote of no confidence in China. On the contrary, WHO continues to have confidence in China's capacity to control the outbreak’," said Chinese Ambassador.
