The hanging of Nirbhaya's culprits has been postponed once more. Delhi's Patiala House Court on Friday stayed the death warrant till further orders on the basis of the legal options left to some convicts. for the second time in a row Even after postponement of the execution, Nirbhaya's mother's lawyer is confident that the culprits will be hanged. Nirbhaya's mother's lawyer Seema Kushwaha said that the hanging is bound to happen one day.

निर्भया के गुनहगारों की फांसी एक बार फिर टल गई है. दिल्ली के पटियाला हाउस कोर्ट ने कुछ दोषियों के पास कानूनी विकल्प बचे होने के आधार पर शुक्रवार को डेथ वॉरंट पर अगले आदेश तक के लिए रोक लगा दी. लगातार दूसरी बार दोषियों की फांसी टलने के बाद भी निर्भया की मां की वकील को भरोसा है कि दोषियों को फांसी मिलेगी. निर्भया की मां की वकील सीमा कुशवाहा ने कहा कि फांसी एक दिन तो होनी ही है.
