Traditional and tasty food of Rajasthan, churma, baati and dal are prepared. 240 quintals of churme are made for this fair, in which 13 quintal ghee, 50 quintal sugar, 3 quintal cashew nuts and 2 quintal raisins are added. JCB's help is taken to mix them.

राजस्थान का पारंपारिक और स्वादिष्ठ भोजन चूरमा, बाटी और दाल तैयार की जाती है. इस मेले के लिए 240 क्विंटल के चूरमे की प्रसादी बनती है, जिसमें 13 क्विंटल घी, 50 क्विंटल चीनी, 3 क्विंटल काजू और 2 क्विंटल किशमिश मिलाई जाती है. इन्हें मिलाने के लिए जेसीबी की सहायता ली जाती है.
