Local artists collaborate on "Creative Crossing" in Central Bakersfield

A group of local artists have started chaning an alleyway in Oleander. Several local artists have been painting the alley, with permission from those who live in the area. The artists are doing it free of charge with hopes that it will leave a last impact on those who see it.
