Nirbhaya Case: दोषी Mukesh की याचिका Supreme Court से खारिज | Oneindia Hindi

Mukesh, convicted in the Nirbhaya case, has received a major setback from the Supreme Court. Mukesh questioned the Supreme Court after the petition was dismissed from the President. On Wednesday, the court dismissed Mukesh's petition while hearing. A bench of Supreme Court Justice R Banumathi, Justice Ashok Bhushan and Justice AS Bopanna ruled on Mukesh's petition.

निर्भया गैंगरेप और मर्डर मामले में दोषी मुकेश को सुप्रीम कोर्ट से तगड़ा झटका लगा है। राष्ट्रपति से याचिका खारिज होने के बाद मुकेश ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट में सवाल उठाया था। बुधवार को कोर्ट ने सुनवाई करते हुए मुकेश की याचिका को खारिज कर दिया। सुप्रीम कोर्ट के जस्टिस आर बानुमति, जस्टिस अशोक भूषण और जस्टिस ए एस बोपन्ना की बेंच ने मुकेश की याचिका पर फैसला सुनाया।
