Hii friends, I am sharing a recipe of chikki or gajjak which is made with peanuts and caramelized sugar.Ground nut chikki is very crispy and delicious sweet dish. If it is prepared with Jaggery, it is very good for health especially in winter season.It's taste is very different. we can store it for months. It is liked by children very much. So, let's start with me.
