23ABC News donated hundreds of books to local children at Zephyr Lane Elementary Thursday morning. The big giveaway was part of our 'If you Give a Child a Book' campaign. We also presented the Kern Literacy Council with a $10,000 check from the Scripps Howard Foundation.
