Ahead of the special session of Andhra Pradesh Assembly for setting up of three state capitals, heavy security has been deployed in Andhra Pradesh's Vijayawada on January 20. Section 144 of CrPc has been imposed in Vijayawada and Guntur areas to facilitate smooth functioning of the State Assembly and movement of public representatives. There is presence of large numbers of security personnel's at Prakasam Barrage in Vijayawada.
