Nirbhaya Case: दोषी Pawan kumar की याचिका पर आज Supreme Court में सुनवाई | वनइंडिया हिंदी

The court's verdict has come in the Delhi case of Delhi's much talked about 2012. Death warrants have also been issued against the culprits. The four convicts will be hanged at 6 am on 1 February 2020. Before hanging, Nirbhaya convicts are doing everything possible to avoid hanging.Pawan Kumar Gupta, convicted in the Nirbhaya case, filed a petition in the Supreme Court and declared himself a minor at the time of the crime. Today, this petition will be heard in the Supreme Court.

दिल्ली के बहुचर्चित साल 2012 के दिल्ली गैंगरेप मामले में कोर्ट का फैसला आ चुका है। दोषियों के खिलाफ डेथ वारंट भी जारी किया जा चुका है। 1 फरवरी 2020 को सुबह 6 बजे चारों दोषियों को फांसी दी जाएगी। वहीं फांसी से पहले निर्भया के दोषी फांसी से बचने के लिए हर संभव कोशिश कर रहे हैं। निर्भया मामले में दोषी पवन कुमार गुप्ता ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट में याचिका दाखिल कर खुद को अपराध के वक्त नाबालिग बताया। आज इस याचिका पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट में अहम सुनवाई होगी।
