The Central Bureau of Investigation has filed an FIR against Adani Enterprises Ltd and a former chairman and an ex-managing director of the National Cooperative Consumer to unfairly win a contract for supplying coal to an Andhra Pradesh government-owned company.

गौतम अडानी की अगुवाई वाली अडानी एंटरप्राइजेज की मुश्किलें लगातार बढ़ती ही जा रही है। 2010 में आंध्र प्रदेश पावर जेनरेशन कॉर्पोरेशन को कोयले की आपूर्ति में अनियमितता को लेकर अब केंद्रीय जांच ब्यूरो यानी सीबीआई ने बड़ी कार्रवाई की है। सीबीआई ने राष्ट्रीय सहकारी उपभोक्ता महासंघ के पूर्व अधिकारियों और अन्य के खिलाफ मामला दर्ज किया है। इन सभी पर सीबीआई ने आपराधिक साजिश, धोखाधड़ी का मामला दर्ज किया है।
