Hurried Chinese father accidentally puts his son onto security scanner conveyor belt at train station

A father in a rush accidentally put his three-year-old son onto the security scanner conveyor belt at a train station in southern China.

In the CCTV video, filmed in the city of Guigang in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region on January 12, a man can be seen taking off his backpack and placing it onto the X-ray machine.

After that, he picked up his son who was sitting on a suitcase and then put him onto the conveyor belt of the scanner as well.

The father did not realize his mistake until the train staff and other travellers noticed. He then quickly dragged his son out of the scanner.

According to reports, the father was in a rush to catch the train and mistook his son for luggage.
