Prince Harry Worried About The State Of His Mental Health Ahead Of Royal Exit

Prince Harry's mental health may have played a part in he and Meghan Markle's royal departure.
According to Daily Mail sources, the Duke of Sussex, 35, was worried about the state of his mental health if he wasn't able to step away from his royal duties.
As RadarOnline.com readers know, Harry has been an advocate of mental health.
He previously collaborated with Oprah on a mental health documentary, and even opened up about his emotional struggles following his mother Princess Diana's death.

Before he started going to therapy, Harry once told The Telegraph that he was “very close to total breakdown on numerous occasions when all sorts of grief and lies and misconceptions are coming to you from every angle.”
“My way of dealing with it was sticking my head in the sand, refusing to ever think about my mom, because why would that help?” Harry said at the time. “[I thought] it’s only going to make you sad. It’s not going to bring her back.”
He and Meghan also shared their experiences as members of the royal family in an emotional documentary that angered Queen Elizabeth and other senior royals.

He expressed his relationship with the media in comparison to his mother's experience and even mentioned the rift between he and his brother Prince William. After the show's release, however, he and Meghan took a temporary break from their royal duties, and were nixed from the Queen's surroundings.
Most recently, the Sussexes' wax figures were removed from the royal family display. They were also left out of the Christmas speech photos. Radar previously reported royal family fans noticed Meghan and Harry's 2018 wedding photo was missing from the Queen's side table!
