Snow being blown onto Quebec highway is strangely mesmeric

After a winter storm in Quebec snow blew onto the highway in Levis causing low visibility and a strange aesthetic on January 12.

Footage shows a light dusting of snow being blown into the road causing a mist effect on the highway.
