Big Fish Head Curry Recipe/MACHLI KA saron ka shorba/Machli Ke Sar Ka Salan Banane Kee Tareeka
Ingredients:
1 kg machli ke sir (fish head)
250 gram sarso ka oil (mustard oil)
2 medium siz piyaz (onion)
3 tbsp adrak lahsan past (ginger garlic)
200 gram dahi (yogurt)
3 tbsp methi (dry fenugreek)
1 tbsp namak (salt as requred)
2 dahnia powder (coriander powder)
1-1/2 tbsp lal mirch powder (red chili)
1 tsp haldi powder (turmeric)
3 tez patta (bay leaf)
4 to 5 long (cloves)
20 to 25 kali mirch (black peppers)
3 to 4 smal size daarcheeni tukrey (cinnamon stick)
2 bari elaichi (black cardamom)
2 tbsp zira (cumin)
water as requred
