निर्भया मामले में दोषियों को फांसी देने के लिए डेथ वारंट जारी कर दिया गया है. चारों दोषियों को 22 जनवरी को सुबह 7 बजे फांसी दी जाएगी. भारत में फांसी के मामले बहुत ज्यादा नहीं हैं. इसकी प्रमुख वजह है कि देश में फांसी की सजा बेहद दुर्लभ मामलों में ही दी जाती है. वहीं इन चारों गुनहगारों की फांसी कानूनी किताबों में नजीर क्यों बन जाएगी. जानने के लिए ये वीडियो देखें
