Motor Vehicle Act 2019: नहीं कम होगी Fixed Penalty की राशि, पहले President की सहमित जरुरी

The Motor Vehicle Act is in force throughout the country from September 1 .. But the relief given to the people from the states is about to end .. Because the central government has said that the amount of penalty prescribed in the new Motor Vehicle Act will be reduced by the state governments. Does not have any rights .. On Monday, the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways sent advisory to the states.

मोटर व्हीकल एक्ट 1 सितंबर से पूरे देश में लागू है.. लेकिन राज्यों से लोगों को मिली राहत अब खत्म होने वाली है.. क्योंकि केंद्र सरकार ने कहा है कि नए मोटर व्हीकल एक्ट में निर्धारित जुर्माने की राशि को कम करने का राज्य सरकारों के पास कोई अधिकार नहीं है.. सोमवार को सड़क परिवहन एवं राजमार्ग मंत्रालय ने राज्यों को एडवाइजरी भेजी.
