A heroic motorist shouted to stop a woman after her car caught on fire on a road in southern China.

In the video, shot in the city of Guangzhou in Guangdong Province on January 5, a fire suddenly broke out of the bottom of a car when it was driving along a road.

A man from the vehicle behind can be heard honking and shouting, "it is on fire! Your car is on fire!" while overtaking the burning car.

Thanks to the motorist, the woman in the car was not injured. The incident is in further investigation.
