The Sikh community is in fear and panic after whatever happened on Friday in Nankana Sahib, located in Pakistan's Punjab province. Hundreds of people here pelted stones at the gurdwara and demanded its name to be changed. People were also shouting slogans to drive away the Sikhs from there. On this incident, Javed Akhtar, a well-known Bollywood lyricist and well-known writer of the country, has condemned the incident on Twitter. What Muslim fundamentalists did in Nankana Sahib is completely condemnable. Only people from third grade and lower class can treat people from other communities like this.

पाकिस्तान के पंजाब प्रांत में स्थित ननकाना साहिब में शुक्रवार को जो कुछ भी हुआ उसके बाद सिख समुदाय डर और दहशत में है। यहां पर सैंकड़ों लोगों की भीड़ ने गुरुद्वारे पर पथराव किया और इसका नाम बदलने की मांग की। लोग वहां से सिखों को भगाने के लिए नारे भी लगा रहे थे। इस घटना पर बॉलीवुड के मशहूर गीतकार और देश के जाने-माने लेखक जावेद अख्‍तर ने ट्विटर पर इस घटना की निंदा की है। ननकाना साहिब में मुस्लिम कट्टरपंथियों ने जो किया वो पूरी तरह से निंदनीय है। थर्ड ग्रेड और निम्न दर्जे के लोग ही दूसरे समुदाय के लोगों के साथ ऐसा व्यवहार कर सकते हैं।'
