BISTECCHE AL PEPE BIANCO

INGREDIENTS:
(Doses for 4 people)

4 veal steaks, 5 tablespoons white pepper, 50 g butter, one glass of cognac

PREPARATION:

Grind the pepper in a coarse shape and place on a paper

Compress with your hand each steak from both sides

In a saucepan melt the butter, place the steaks and cook them over high heat

Salt, pour in the cognac, set on fire and serve immediately

The dish is ready, enjoy your meal!
