Mobile SMS services in Kashmir will resume from Tuesday midnight, nearly five months after the imposition of a complete communication lockdown in the region following the Centre’s decision to abrogate Jammu and Kashmir’s special status.The administration also said that broadband services will also resume in government hospitals from 31 December (midnight). In October, postpaid mobile services were restored in the valley in a phased manner.
