How to Unblock EWay Bill | EWay Bill ko Unblock Kaise Kare | EWay Bill Blocked

In this video, i have told you about the notification no. 36/2019 of the GST Department. According to this notification & as per Rule 138E of the CGST Act, the GST Department can block the EWay Bill Account of whose GST Dealers who have not filed their two consecutive gst returns after 21-11-2019. And Friends I have also told the procedure for Unblocking EWay Bill Account if your EWay Bill Account is blocked by the department.

इस वीडियो में, मैंने आपको GST विभाग के अधिसूचना संख्या 36/2019 के बारे में बताया है। इस अधिसूचना के अनुसार और CGST अधिनियम के नियम 138E के अनुसार, GST विभाग उन EWT बिल अकाउंट को ब्लॉक कर सकता है जिनके GST डीलर्स ने 21-11-2019 के बाद अपने दो लगातार GST रिटर्न दाखिल नहीं किए हैं। और दोस्तों मैंने भी EWay Bill अकाउंट को अनब्लॉक करने की प्रक्रिया बताई है अगर आपका EWay बिल अकाउंट डिपार्टमेंट द्वारा ब्लॉक किया गया है।

Is veediyo mein, mainne aapako GST Department ki notification no 36/2019 ke baare mein bataaya hai. Is notification ke anusaar aur CGST Act ke niyam 138E ke anusaar, GST Department un Eway Bill account ko block kar sakata hai jinake gst dealers ne 21-11-2019 ke baad apane do lagaataar gst return daakhil nahin kie hain. Aur doston mainne Eway bill account ko unblock karne kee prakriya bataee hai agar aapka Eway bill account department dvaara block kiya gaya hai.
