State Bank of India has given a big gift on New Year to the customers looking for a home loan option to take home. State Bank of India has cut the external benchmark based rate. After this deduction, EBR ie external benchmark based rate has come down from 8.05 to 7.80. That means it has decreased by 25 bps. You can avail these new rates from January 1.

घर लेने के लिए होम लोन का विकल्प देख रहे ग्राहकों को स्टेट बैंक ऑफ इंडिया ने नए साल पर बड़ा तोहफा दिया है। स्टेट बैंक ऑफ इंडिया ने एक्सटर्नल बेंचमार्क बेस्ड रेट में कटौती की है। इस कटौती के बाद ईबीआर यानि एक्सटर्नल बेंचमार्क बेस्ड रेट 8.05 से घटकर 7.80 पर आ गया है। यानी इसमें 25 बीपीएस की कमी आई है। इन नई दरों का लाभ आप एक जनवरी से उठा सकते हैं।
