Veteran actor Amitabh Bachchan expressed his gratitude towards the government after receiving the film industry’s highest honour Dadasaheb Phalke award in New Delhi. The 77-year-old actor was awarded by President Ram Nath Kovind at Rashtrapati Bhavan. Jaya and Abhishek Bachchan attended the ceremony. The prestigious award is named after the father of Indian Cinema Dhundiraj Govind Phalke.
