Kushal married his European girlfriend Audrey Dolhan in the year 2015. They both have a three-year-old son, Qian. The actor was very close to his son. He often shared photos with Qian on social media. Not only this, he shared the story with his son on Instagram the night of the incident. According to the actor, son Kian is his gym trainer and exercise machine. One post wrote that Kian was his Superboy. Kian was also his father's acting guru.
