Speaking about his experience on a fact-finding report in Uttar Pradesh, social activist and politician Yogendra Yadav said that what struck him in UP was how the police treated the citizens as enemies. A fact-finding report, published by a team including Yadav, CPI’s Kavita Krishnan, and Riad Azam, claims that Uttar Pradesh is under a "reign of terror."
