Although solar eclipse is an astronomical event, but it is not considered auspicious in terms of astrology and spirituality. In the scriptures, the cleanliness and purification of the house after solar eclipse has been said to be mandatory. The last solar eclipse of this year is falling on 26 December. Which will be from 8 AM to 1 PM 36 AM. Its sutak period will start 12 hours earlier i.e. at 8 pm on 25 December and will be at 1.36 am the next day. Pooja recitations and other religious ceremonies are stopped after Sutak. We are telling you some special measures to purify the house after the eclipse.
