How TO Make Don chicken curry Easy yet tasty recipe.
INGREDIENTS:
Chicken 1 kg
Onion 2 nos. sliced
Tomato 4 nos sliced
Green chillies 4 nos. slit in two
Ginger 2 inches crushed
Garlic 4 cloves crushed
2 tbsp oil
cloves 5-6
Bay leaves 2 -3
Cinnamon 2x2 inches
Turmeric powder 1 1/2 tsp
Salt according to your taste
Potatoes 2 nos. diced
In a large pot add in all the above mentioned ingredients together and cook it on high flame for approx 5 minutes then cover and cook for about 30 minutes. check it occasionally, when the chicken is cooked add in diced potatoes and further cook until the potatoes are done. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
