Christmas in Vienna 2018 - To prepare for Christmas, the annual Advent concert "Christas in Vienna" from the Vienna Konzerthaus offers a musical excursion into Christmas traditions from all over the world and proves again and again that Christmas is a time of togetherness and people not only musically across the borders connects with each other.
Once again this year, the concert brings together a quartet of internationally renowned singers: the two sopranos Valentina Nafornita and Angela Denoke, tenor Carlos Osuna and baritone Adrian Eröd.
The musical program ranges from classical repertoire to traditional Christmas carols from all over the world to popular Christmas carols. In addition to the Vienna Singing Academy, the Vienna Boys' Choir will be there again.They will be accompanied by the ORF Radio-Symphonieorchester Wien under the direction of Christian Arming.
