White sauce I Béchamel sauce

White Sauce, also known as Béchamel sauce, is made from white roux (butter + flour) and milk. The ratio of butter, flour and milk is 1:1:10 respectively.

Ingredients :-

Butter 1/2 cup
Refined Flour 1/2 cup
Milk 5 cups
Salt To taste
Pepper To taste or 1 tsp
