New Delhi: North-west India remained under the grip of cold conditions, with the national capital recording the second lowest maximum temperature in last 22 years, on Tuesday.According to the Regional Meteorological Centre, Delhi recorded a maximum temperature of 12.2 degrees Celsius, which was 10 degrees Celsius below normal.
