This video, filmed on Saturday (December 14), shows Ruined Castle fire burning in the Blue Mountains at Katoomba.
The filmer told Newsflare: "The fire was ignited by back burning by the New South Wales Rural Fire Service.
"Most of the bushfires in Australia at the moment are caused by back burning gone wrong which draws incredible suspicion in my perspective."
